Paul Old has always been passionate about wine and decided to train as a winemaker in Australia before ending his successful career as a dancer. He worked a number of vintages in Australia and St. Emilion in France.

Hugo Stewart has brought with him practical experience from many years as a farmer in Wiltshire. The globalisation of conventional farming has persuaded him to take a different approach with Les Clos Perdus.

Paul Hugo Friends for many years, a casual comment turned a dream into reality. It is hard work, but it is rewarding to know that so many people enjoy our wine.
